House Mouse Services LLC originally began advertising in areas that serve vulnerable populations. Having been raised by my grandparents, experienced hospice care within my family multiple times, and spent much of my life involved in community service, my passion has always been rooted in providing safe, affordable, and compassionate services to those who need them most. Over the years, House Mouse Services LLC has participated in numerous projects involving CPS, APS, guardianship companies, and other agencies. We are members of several local organizations, provide services for local fire districts, and actively network through realtor and professional associations. The need for these services continues to grow, and there is no shortage of work within this community.

My reputation is built on safety, reliability, and always answering the phone. Many calls come late in the evening, when single parents and elderly clients finally have time to process their concerns. I work weekends to accommodate families and working clients who need flexibility. A significant portion of my clients live out of the area and are helping manage care or property needs for vulnerable family members locally. From the first phone call to project completion, I remain personally involved—often guiding clients through overwhelming situations, from hoarding cleanouts to repairs families cannot handle alone. I provide clarity, resources, and immediate solutions through trusted contractors, mobile showrooms, and hands-on coordination.

I also work closely with local realtors who need dependable contractors to complete time-sensitive projects, sometimes through escrow. I have coordinated projects involving decking, painting, roofing, pathways, and more. In addition, I have assisted with connecting buyers, sellers, realtors, and cash investors, helping facilitate smooth home sales.

While most of our work is centered in Mason County, repeat clients often bring us projects throughout Western Washington, including vacation homes and extended family properties. I spend considerable time networking with senior centers, resource centers, and other organizations that support my core client base.
As our services expanded, so did the demand for smaller, personalized assistance. While cleaning homes, clients often needed help with pet transportation, errands, deliveries, handyman tasks, car detailing, event planning, document shredding, and more. I am currently working toward becoming a transport provider, as many of my clients cannot drive and often miss appointments due to limited transportation options. I prioritize flexibility, understanding emergencies, and eliminating unnecessary penalties or fees on smaller jobs.

What started as a dream for a small family business has grown into a full-time operation run by a single parent of three while balancing sports, medical appointments, and daily life. This company is solely operated by me, supported by an incredible network of professionals and community members. My children—one with special needs—are my motivation and my purpose. Everything I have built revolves around creating a business that supports them while serving this community with integrity.

What began as a small housekeeping business quickly evolved when I discovered a strong need within the elderly and disabled communities. These clients found comfort in working with a compassionate company that could also serve as a trusted referral resource. As I consistently turned away work and referred it to other local businesses, I recognized an opportunity to grow—not only to better serve the community, but also to create stability for my children and myself. I expanded services to include pressure washing, painting, junk removal, and more. As demand outpaced what I could personally manage, a seasoned local contractor began mentoring me around March. With his support and reputation, I connected with many other contractors who shared a common sentiment: clients didn’t want to call anyone else. Together, contractors across specialties—ranging from excavation and tree service to demolition, roofing, and construction—collaborated with me to establish a true one-stop solution for home and property maintenance.

Many of my clients live on fixed incomes. Through detailed consultations and budget discussions, I create realistic scopes of work tailored to what clients can afford. These consultation notes are shared with my contractor teams to ensure expectations are met. Some clients have no defined budget and simply want a trusted professional in their home—something I take very seriously.

Through consistent dedication, I have built strong relationships across many communities, including elderly and disabled clients, LGBTQ households, and faith-based organizations. While each group is unique, their needs are often the same: a trusted advocate between the client and contractor. I have successfully coordinated projects ranging from foundation work and home dig-outs to full demolitions, roofing, hazardous tree removal, plumbing-related projects, and large-scale construction. I maintain relationships with vendors for manufactured homes, metal structures, flooring, paint, trim, and more. I am frequently approached by construction companies to outsource work and often continue to provide multiple estimates as a neutral, non-biased option for clients.

Community involvement remains a cornerstone of my business. I maintain a commercial warehouse where donated items from cleanouts are redistributed to local families in need. Contractors regularly contribute leftover materials for donation. I have participated in and supported numerous community projects, including painting fire halls, pressure washing fire stations, restoring visitor centers, community cleanups, and donating equipment and disposal fees. I also sponsor local sports teams, a demolition derby team, and various foundation events. I am always available to support local initiatives.

Looking ahead to 2026, I plan to obtain my real estate license and transition House Mouse Services LLC into a consulting firm focused on connecting construction companies with vulnerable communities. I also plan to develop a trusted professional directory available at high-traffic locations such as doctor’s offices, senior centers, and local agencies—highlighting licensed, bonded, and insured professionals with proven reputations.
